Sarah Needham
Sarah Needham is an experienced executive director with a background in nonprofit organizations and performing arts. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy, Global Business, Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History from Williams College. Before joining Hill Art Foundation as its Executive Director, Sarah has held several positions in the development and program management of cultural institutions, including the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
As a Program Officer at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, Sarah focused on developing and managing grants in the arts and culture sector, including support for arts education and outreach programs. Before that, she worked as a Coordinator of Individual Giving at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Assistant of Public Relations and 50th Anniversary Project at the same institution.
Sarah is highly skilled in overseeing fundraising campaigns, developing and implementing programs, managing budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders and teams to achieve organizational goals. Her expertise in arts, culture, and philanthropy makes her a valuable asset in the nonprofit sector.
