Paola Cereceda is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of educational and professional experiences. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from ITESM, a Certificate in International Relations from Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris, and a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Her educational background also includes a summer session in International Relations at Yale University.

Paola has worked with several prestigious organizations throughout her career, including the World Bank Group, United Nations, and the Inter-American Development Bank. She has also had several internships, including the Staff Development and Learning Unit at United Nations OCHA, the Inter-American Telecommunication Commission at the Organization of American States, and the public relations team at Yspaniola, Inc.

Currently, Paola works as an enterprise partnerships specialist for Airtable, a relational database tool. She was also previously employed as the operations director for the Hive Global Leaders Program, an organization that offers leadership training and coaching to entrepreneurs and innovators.
