Throughout his career, Oscar has been instrumental in implementing and optimizing organizational systems to boost profitability. His leadership skills have helped him lead multiple project management offices seamlessly. He has a strong cross-functional and cross-industry experience, which enables him to lead projects and programs that address complex challenges.
