Kevin Tate, a sales and strategic marketing executive, brings over 24 years of experience to the table. Tate has extensive knowledge in IoT, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and SaaS models, and has a deep domain expertise in the field. He has led go-to-market for Software(SaaS), Professional Services, and Hardware-enabled SaaS companies, and has considerable experience in M&A. He has worked in G2000 brands, early-stage investment, and entrepreneurship, and is an avid technologist, keeping up with all things internet, mobile, and media-related.

Tate studied B.A. in International Relations at Stanford University and started out as a UNIX & database administrator in 1996. Following his early technical start, he progressed from Web Analytics to eCommerce, B2B SaaS, Social & Mobile, Data & Research, and finally IoT. Tate’s last role was as Chief Marketing Officer at Rigado, and he was also the former Chief Revenue Officer at Rigado, Chirpify/Upstart Labs, and ShopIgniter, Inc. Formerly, Tate was the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Dachis Group, Founder & Principal at StepChange Group, Vice President of Marketing, & Director of New Market Development at Kronos, VP of Sales & Business Development at Fort Point Partners, Senior Project Manager, and Web Solution Architect at Fort Point Partners, and finally, the Senior Sales Engineer & Client Services Manager at Internet Profiles Corporation(I/PRO), and the Robot Testing, Purchasing & Build Manager at GolfPro International.
