Steve Melles is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience in the digital media and marketing industry. Throughout his career, he has held several positions in both client and agency environments, including in healthcare, interactive agency, and publisher verticals. Steve possesses broad-based business capabilities and specializes in identifying business opportunities, crafting compelling digital strategies, and leading multi-disciplinary teams to execute those strategies successfully.

He holds a Microbiology and Immunology degree from The University of Western Ontario and has completed the Executive MBA program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Steve is currently the Managing Director of Data Strategy and Customer Solutions at Rogers Media and is a former Chairman Publisher Council at IAB Canada. Additionally, he has held management positions with Globe and Mail, Globe Alliance, and Business Development.
