Francis Duggan is an experienced emergency physician, medical educator, and healthcare services professional with a passion for volunteering in the developing world. With a BA in Pre-Med and Spanish Literature and an MD from Georgetown University, Duggan brings both extensive academic knowledge and practical experience to his work. He is the founder and managing director of Health Care Volunteers International (www.hcvi.org) and has previously worked as an emergency physician at EmCare and medical director at CURE International. Duggan's expertise includes clinical research, internal medicine, surgery, critical care, and pediatrics, as well as medical information technology, GSuite, and the Google Ecosystem. He is committed to improving healthcare services worldwide and bringing medical education opportunities to underserved areas.
