She has worked in companies like Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt, Lane Powell PC, and Stoel Rives LLP, where she has served as a Director of Recruiting, Lawyer Recruiting Manager, and Talent Acquisition Consultant, respectively.

Dorianna also served as the Chief Executive Officer at I.N.SPIRE Consulting & Coaching, where she has strengthened her skills as a certified Career Coach and Motivational Speaker. Additionally, as a Mindfulness practitioner, Dorianna has honed her expertise in Professional & Personal Development and Talent Acquisition Consulting.
