Lindsey Frierson is an experienced Solution Engineer specializing in SaaS and A.I. technology. She is also a thought leader in the integration of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence into organizational processes, interventions, and relationship management. Frierson's education background includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in International Relations and Economics from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Sciences Po Paris, and a Master of Arts in Education and Teaching from Loyola Marymount University. She has worked as a Lead Solution Engineer for Education and A.I. Program Lead for SEs at Salesforce, previously served as Business Development, Education at Salesforce, and has been a Customer Success Manager for multiple startups.
