Matthew Brunmeier is an IT professional with over 17 years of experience in technical support, network administration, and customer service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. He has worked in various roles at GFI Software, Centralized Showing Service, and Sumitomo Electric Lightwave before joining SolarWinds as a Product Advocate and later climbing up the ranks to become a Customer Success Engineer.
