He is currently serving as an Account Portfolio Manager in North America for Infosys, overseeing the entire project portfolio and senior management relationships for a strategic global account. Saurabh excels in driving engagement and delivery excellence while offering differentiated services.

Moreover, he is leading the SAP CX team in North America, focusing on Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data cloud, Callidus, Gigya, Hybris, C4C, among other areas. He manages a team of more than 50 specialists and is responsible for driving innovation, winning deals, mentoring, and executing go-to-market strategies.
