Shirley J. Sartin is a highly accomplished and experienced Information Systems/Information Technology professional with a long history of success in a variety of industries. She has expertise in management, project management, and business/systems analysis and understands the entire Requirements Management Life Cycle (RMLC), Project Life Cycle (PLC), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Requirements Center of Excellence (RCoE).
