Renée North, CPEP, NASM-CPT, is a health and wellness professional with a broad range of expertise in posture specialist certification, injury rehab, wellness, sports performance, and anti-aging. As COO at BodyZone, Inc. (BodyZone / Posture Practice), Renée leads the Certified Posture Exercise Professional (CPEP®) program, certifying thousands of health and fitness practitioners in exercise protocols that integrate posture with balance, function, and activity. Renée has co-authored Posture Pictures: Posture Assessment, Screenings, Marketing & Forms (2011), and writes articles for publications worldwide on attitude and health. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Pilates Instructor, and a Strategies Coach (CLSC).
Renée has consulted with clients around the world and volunteers as a board member for the Charles J. Harbin, III Memorial Scholarship Fund, the National Park Service- Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, and the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. She also served as a trustee for nonprofit Leadership Sandy Springs and co-chaired Volunteer for a Better Sandy Springs Day.
