With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Jim has played a crucial role in completing complex merger transactions, financing endeavors, and high-level board advisory engagements. Before joining TM Capital, Jim worked as the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Prudential Securities Investment Banking, where he led the Southeastern Regional and Consumer Industries Investment Banking Groups. With Jim's leadership, the team completed transactions valued at over $15 billion. Jim brings a wealth of experience to TM Capital, which he has leveraged to guide the company to new heights. Jim is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania and the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
