With a background in cultural anthropology and visual media, she specializes in managing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research to leverage insights for design and innovation. Kelly's expertise is versatile, having consulted with industries such as financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, and pharmaceuticals.

Kelly holds a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Communication from The University of Memphis and a Master of Design in Photography from IIT Institute of Design. She is the CEO of Panorama Innovation, LLC and a former co-founder and board member of WIND: Women Initiating New Directions.
