Paul Hellier is an accomplished entrepreneur, environmentalist, and sustainability expert. He is the founder of Fair Food Forager, a mobile app that helps consumers find ethical, sustainable, and healthy food choices. With a team dedicated to making "ethical easier," the app has grown to 6,000 listings in 20 countries. Paul speaks passionately about using the power of the dollar to promote positive change, encouraging people to support businesses that care about sustainability and the planet.
Paul's background is diverse, with a diploma in Environmental Monitoring and Technology, a certificate in Conservation and Land Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. Prior to founding Fair Food Forager, Paul co-founded The Peloton Against Plastic, an organization focused on eliminating plastic waste in sport. He also worked as a Natural Areas Officer and an Ocean Lifeguard for Wollongong City Council and served as a Customs Officer with the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service. Paul is a graduate of the School of Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) Australia, where he studied social enterprise.
