Achim Hensen is an experienced business professional with a background in management, entrepreneurship, and psychology. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Management & Entrepreneurship from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius.

Hensen is a co-founder of Purpose Economy, an organization that promotes sustainable and purpose-driven business practices. Prior to this, he held various roles at Traum-Ferienwohnungen GmbH, including Head of Product Management and Employer Branding. He also worked as a consultant at nextpractice GmbH and as a project assistant at startsocial e.V.
