Marlon C. Nichols is a highly accomplished venture capitalist and former athlete with a passion for investing in companies that foster diversity and leverage technology to create positive social impact. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Cross Culture Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups with a focus on cultural trends and underserved markets.
With a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, a Master of International Studies in Business from Northeastern University, and a background in entrepreneurship, Marlon brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to the table. He has an impressive portfolio of investments, having previously worked at Intel Capital and served on the boards of Lit VideoBooks, Everywhere, Purestream Trading Technologies, and Ocean Freight Exchange, among others.
In addition to his work as a venture capitalist, Marlon is actively involved in several organizations, including the Kauffman Fellows Board of Directors and Shottracker Inc. as an Independent Board Member. He is also a former Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital at Cornell Sc Johnson College of Business.
