Thomas Fekete is a seasoned corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions strategist with over 16 years of experience in international transactions across various industries. He has advised on more than 250 deals valued at $20M to $30+B for private equity firms such as Bain Capital, TPG Capital, and Warburg Pincus, as well as big-name companies like AT&T, Dell EMC, and The Walt Disney Company. Fekete has developed and delivered financial transaction and valuation analysis, strategic business models, due diligence assessments, integration and separation planning, and other related services with a keen attention to detail. He is an articulate presenter who can effectively convey complex qualitative and quantitative data to deal stakeholders. Fekete is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), and the Higher Technical Institute Wiener Neustadt. Additionally, he has completed a Disruptive Strategy course with Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School Online. Currently, he is affiliated with Cerberus Capital Management's Private Equity Strategy & Diligence team.
