Alex Lein

Alex Lein, a former Tufts University student, has an impressive background in education and community involvement. She holds a High School Diploma from Horace Mann School and studied Politics of Climate Change in a Study Abroad program at the School for International Training. While at Tufts, Alex was an active member of several organizations, including the Tufts University Prison Initiative (TUPIT), Tufts Community Union (TCU) Senate Trustee Representative, and Student Director of Tufts Student Giving. She also founded Univrse, a platform for college students to share their experiences and insights.

Alex has worked as a Conservation Team Intern at Environment America, as well as a Curriculum Research and Evaluation Intern at 24/7 TEACH. She has also served as a College Access Intern at Breakthrough New York and as a Research Assistant at The Social Identity and Stigma Lab at Tufts University. In addition, Alex has worked as a Customer Service Representative at Roam Luggage and as an Assistant Staff Member in the Admissions Office at Horace Mann School.

Currently, Alex is the Student Coordinator of the COVID Response Program at Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life. With her extensive background in education and community involvement, Alex is poised to make a positive impact in whatever field she chooses to pursue.
