Team Foundations is responsible for the overall engineering workflow from CI checks on PRs to deployment pipelines in addition to the compute cloud infrastructure.* Lead vendor evaluation process to replace Concourse as our deployment system  - Worked through the evaluations comparing 3 options  - Established standards and implemented a tool that generates all of the company's pipelines based on input from config files. This makes sweeping changes as easy as updating 1 line and running a command.   - The resulting migration was described by one engineer as "seamless" with self-service training and documentation helping all engineers onboard quickly.- Forwarded timing metrics to BigQuery to get an at-a-glance overview of deploys and replaced our reliance on git notes.* Evolved oncall - Resdesigned oncall from a single rotation responsible for all of production to shared team rotations   - Introduced the front end rotation which has been effective in giving engineers dedicated time for "gardening" work   - Advocated for sustainable oncall practices by splitting holiday shifts among multiple engineers, drafting new policies at the start of COVID to share oncall load, and supported the addition of holiday oncall pay* Cultivated spaces for knowledge sharing and skill building  - Founded the Reliability SIG as a grassroots time and place to discuss reliability practices  - Facilitated Alert Triage Power Hour, cited by many as their "favorite meeting", as a way to onboard new engineers to oncall. The Responder would lead an investigation into a low-urgency alert that had fired in the week with friendly support from the rest of the Attendees. A positive side effect was often tuning or deleting unnecessary alerts! - Started Study Time, a meeting for the team to get help when stuck on problems* Revived the internal Terraform provider for company use
