Janos Kristof is a highly experienced senior manager with over 15 years of industry expertise in marketing and sales enablement, development, operations, and automation. He holds an MBA in Business Management, Finance, and a Master of Science degree from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Janos has worked in various roles, including Marketing Automation Manager at HP, Program Manager at Hewlett-Packard, Project Manager / Consultant as a Freelancer, CRM Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, and Software Developer at Profitrade. Currently, Janos is serving as the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations Systems at Oracle.

During his career, he has honed his skills in Business Operations and Process Improvement, Cross-platform Process, Data Flow Design, Platform Integration, Business Analysis, Marketing Automation, Lead Management, Program Management, Business Requirements, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Resource Management (MRM). He has also led Proof of Concept projects to evaluate new vendors and/or capabilities, designed and implemented marketing and sales automation processes and platforms, and managed projects with global, regional, and local teams.

Janos has extensive knowledge and experience with several platforms, including Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Aprimo, Siebel, 6sense, Bombora, Mintigo, Folloze, Conversica, PathFactory, and Fabl. He has partnered with marketing, sales, procurement, operations, and vendors to execute marketing and sales campaigns and lead machine learning and predictive analytics programs to drive growth and efficiency.
