At Kimberly-Clark, he held several positions, including Maintenance Leader, Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Asset Engineer, Reliability Leader, Asset Team Lead, and Engineering Project Leader. In 2013, Romzek founded 4 R Ventures, LLC, doing business as Kick Ash Basket, where he designs and markets products for the kamado-style ceramic grill industry.
