Katie Tobias is an accomplished marketing leader with a diverse professional background. With a Masters of Business Administration from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business and Spanish with high distinction from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, she has worked in a variety of roles in consumer tech, brand strategy, and marketing. Katie's professional journey began as an English Second Language Teacher at Complete English and Detroit Tigers Foundation Intern at Detroit Tigers, Inc. before moving to Deloitte Consulting LLP as a consultant, senior consultant, and engagement manager. She then transitioned to marketing roles, including Director of Integrated & Brand Marketing at Gilt.com, Head of Brand Marketing at Spring Inc., VP of Marketing at Spring Inc. and Equinox Media, and finally to her current role as Chief Marketing Officer at The Healing Company.

Katie's expertise lies in creating evocative brands and efficient growth engines from the ground up. She is driven by the impact her work can have on teams, consumers, communities, and the planet. Her personal ethos is human meets high octane, and she enjoys working in environments that prioritize human-centric values while driving progress.
