Ryo Fujii, a former KKR executive and now Partner and Head of Japan at Permira, harnesses more than two decades of investment banking and private equity expertise. He is a skilled investor who has successfully led investments in Japan and Asia. Fujii has a record of working on deals that involve the private equity industry and financial advisory, such as Akindo Sushiro and John Masters Organics, among others. Before entering the private sector, Fujii served as a government official at Japan's Ministry of Finance. He has a Bachelor in Law from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Currently, Ryo serves on the board of Permira Advisers KK, John Masters Organics Group, and Japan Private Equity Association.
