Brian Clay is a highly educated and accomplished individual with a diverse background in both business and public service. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and International Business as well as a Master of Science in Finance, both earned at Florida International University. He has also studied center for leadership, executive leadership at Florida International University - Center for Leadership, as well as On the Ball Seminar and Hialeah Miami Lakes.

Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking Managing Director, Florida at BankUnited, Clay has extensive experience in corporate and commercial banking. Prior to his current position, he was a Senior Vice President in corporate and commercial banking.

In addition to his career in banking, Clay has also served the Miami-Dade County Fire Department as a member of the Ocean Rescue team.
