SUMA Platform, an end-to-end SaaS (Sustainability as a Service) solution simplifies the journey for blockchain and tech startups to achieve net-zero carbon neutrality.

My responsibilities:
- Lead project management.
- Building the UX & UI designs.
- Working together with the marketing team.
- Deep understanding of the customer and market requirements, optimizing the product to meet these demands.
- Integration of blockchain technology and decentralized finance, on how to issue real world assets on blockchain, such as carbon credits and NFT-based certificates.
- Exploring AI solutions for carbon footprint calculator and for the AI-based decarbonisation advisory.
- Launching an NFT collection and the initial MVP product.
- Advice and idealize the token utilities and token economics around SUMA utility token.
- Work together with the development team on building a Decentralized Exchange for trading carbon credit tokens on blockchain.

SUMA

Building a blockchain-based online platform for issuing, managing, and trading tokenized green bonds. My central role revolves around determining the critical features for our minimal viable product (MVP) and ensuring that our tech team can build it on time.

Skillset and Responsibilities:

- Technical Project Management: Collaborate with the tech team and UX & UI designers.

- Agile Project Management: Implement agile methodologies for efficient product development.

- UX & UI: Work closely with designers to ensure the product's look and feel align with business goals.

- Product Enhancement: Continuously improve and iterate product features to enhance the user experience.

- Financial Markets and Bond Issuance Process: Took the lead in conceptualizing how to implement the complete journey of bond issuance on the platform, and tokenizing these assets on the Ethereum blockchain.

- Smart Contract Implementation: Developed the flow process for using smart contracts to automate the issuance of blockchain-based bonds.

- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborated with the compliance officer to ensure the product meets AML, KYC, and other regulatory requirements.

TokenMarket is an exchange and research platform for blockchain technology projects founded 2016.

- Worked in compliance department on investor onboarding including KYC/AML checks. 
- Assisting on development decentralized exchange.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping.
- In-house research; analysing latest trends in blockchain, crypto and tokenized digital securities.
- Sales: managing incoming leads.
