Laurence Stoclet is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in business, management, technology, and finance. With an extensive background in managing international operations, she has developed new strategies and implemented plans for performance optimization, led multidisciplinary teams, and created effective and transparent work environments. She has strong analytical skills and a proven ability to adapt to challenges with creativity and innovative approaches. Her operational competencies in various executive positions include Chief Financial Officer and Head of Support Functions, Operations & Backoffices, Shared Service Centres, Investments, Technologies, and M&A.

Laurence has expertise in various areas, including market research, finance, HR, business administration, legal, Stock Exchange regulation, debt and equity capital markets, IT, digital, marketing & communication, and operations efficiency. Her purpose is to progress diversity and inclusion and reduce the gender gap at Ipsos. Through her leadership, Ipsos was recognized as the best gender balance Listed Company in France in the TMT/Business service sector and received the Trophée d'Or and Trophées MidCaps.

Laurence holds several degrees, including a DESCF, Chartered Accountant, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and General from ESCP Europe. She studied BPJEPS animation sociale, Formation et enseignement à la petite enfance, B.A.F.A. at University and earned a SciencesPo - IFA Certificat d’administrateur de sociétés in Administration and Management of General Affairs.

She is associated with several professional associations, including AFTE, CLIFF, DFCG, IFA, and ESOMAR. Laurence served as the President of DFCG Ile de France, a professional association of CFOs. She was previously a Board Member and Chair Audit Committee at Ingenico and a Member of the Board of Directors at Ipsos, where she also served as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO. Before joining Ipsos, she was the Chief Treasurer and Investor Relations at Metaleurop and an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen. She also worked as an Analyst sell-side at Goldman Sachs.
