Dan Ferrick is a seasoned commercial broker, entrepreneur, and community builder. With over 20 years of experience in commercial brokerage, Dan has established himself as an expert in finding and negotiating the best commercial locations for businesses and individuals. Dan is passionate about business expansion, travel, and lifelong learning. He moved to Santa Barbara in 2013 with his wife and two sons, and since then, he has added a list of entrepreneurial endeavors to his resume. Dan is involved in supporting entrepreneurs, startups, team leadership, and project management. He co-founded Kiva Cowork, where he currently serves as Director of Real Estate.

Dan pursued BA in Business/Economics at UC Santa Barbara - a top 10 national public university, according to U.S. News & World Report. He started his career as a broker at Gibbons-White, Inc. and worked as a sales associate in Central Coast Real Estate. Later, he founded Kiva Cowork, where he served as CEO before moving to the Director of Real Estate role. He also served as Executive Editor 1st Edition at Impact Magazine and Ambassador of Flow- Colorado at FluidStance - a Company of Motion, LLC.
