Manage the Group Fitness Team, including the Pilates Reformer program -- launching creative, first-of-its-kind fitness and wellness programming at Google .Strategic Planning; design, delivery and management of cutting edge group fitness programs that excite and encourage members to participate.Recruit and hire creative, enthusiastic and educated instructors to lead a variety of classesManage group exercise class schedule and monitor quality and effectiveness through regular    instructor audits and seeking member feedbackManage 50 direct reportsMeet budgeted department goals for group exercise revenue programs Ensure legendary customer service, including spotless studios, maintaining exercise equipment & welcoming, knowledgeable staffResolve member and employee issues in a timely manner and in accordance with company policyPerform payroll calculations and payroll submittal                                  Order equipment and supplies within budget                                                        Maintain current professional certifications, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications for self and staff
