We built integrated logistics solutions for the technology and consumer electronics sectors, while doubling sales revenue in logistics services. This achievement was derived from building a solid sales strategy plan for the vertical market and driving execution of the plan with the global stakeholders. It wasn't just about numbers but a true reflection of the power of collaboration within my team and its direct impact on transformative business outcomes. The most notable wins were crafted with Electrolux and HP where we shifted from short to long term contracts, based on co-creation of integrated solutions.

In my role as Director, Commercial, Key Client Management I didn't just manage strategic accounts; I orchestrated a wide array of achievements. Integrity in negotiations and collaboration within the team were my secret weapons, ensuring that every strategic move resulted in profitable growth while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Established and managed a world-class Strategic account program. With Samsung and LG, I invited them in for a long-term collaboration to win together. This initiative earned us a tripling of their business volume with us and put them firmly in to our biggest Key Clients. I also crafted long-term sustainable business growth in the lifestyle vertical with Nike, Adidas, Puma and H&M.
