Steven Bowers is an accomplished patent attorney with extensive experience in patent litigation, dispute resolution, IP licensing, and patent portfolio strategy. He is a Certified Licensing Professional and has advised and counseled individuals and companies on various legal and business initiatives, including technology collaboration, research agreements, and commercial transactions, among others.

Bowers has an impressive academic background, having studied Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University, a Master's degree in Aeronautics from Caltech, and Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School. He began his career as an Engineer/Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency and has held various positions, including Associate at Fish & Richardson, where he specialized in patent litigation of electrical and mechanical engineering, and Senior Counsel at Intel Corporation, where he provided strategic advice in support of Intel's 5G wireless communications corporate strategy.
