Nicola Levington is an accomplished Change and Training Manager with over 20 years of experience on SAP projects. She has a background in organizational change and training methods, end-user and management communications, strategies and team building. Levington is currently the Change and Training Manager for a major transport company in Australia and New Zealand, where she is overseeing the implementation of payroll changes on the cloud.

Prior to this, Levington worked as the SAP Ariba project manager at Coles head office. Throughout her career, she has worked on implementations of SAP projects across the USA (San Francisco, LA, Ohio and Dallas), Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, DR Congo in Central Africa, and in Australia and Russia for Shell Oil. Over the years, Levington has worked with a number of clients across different industries, including Linfox Logistics, Insurance Australia Group (IAG), Swinburne University, Honda, National Australia Bank, Medibank Health Solutions, Toyota, and many more.

Levington studied Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology at Monash University. She is a senior Change and Training Manager at Linfox, and also worked previously at IAG, Coles, Swinburne University, and National Australia Bank. She has attended SAP Success Factors Conferences and is an expert in various aspects of SAP implementation and training.
