Ronald Miller

Ron Miller is a well-regarded HR executive with a diverse background in fortune 25, mid-size, start-ups, and non-profits. He has a passion for up-leveling teams and employee services in new and exciting ways. Leveraging organizational design, scalable processes, advanced technologies, and analytics, he has been described as a pioneer and visionary in his field.

Ron's journey began at State University of New York at Albany where he studied MBA, HR Management, and HR Technology. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management Science from State University of New York College at Cortland.

Throughout his extensive career, Ron has held various leadership positions, including Executive HR Operations at Apple, Vice President of HR Shared Services and Austin Site Leader at Visa, Executive Director of HR Shared Services at AMD, Executive Director of HR Operations and HRIS at Dell, Chief of Staff to CHRO at Dell, Director of HRIS at Dell, Senior Manager of HRIS at Dell, HRIS/ Product Manager at Ceridian, and HR Technology and Process Consultant at Automation Architecture.

While not working, Ron loves spending time with family and friends, and he also enjoys training for triathlons.
