Basha Silverman is an accomplished leader in the non-profit social service sector, with extensive experience in implementing strategic goals and ensuring fiscal responsibility. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work Services with a focus on Social Work and Public Policy from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Jewish Family Services of Delaware, Silverman previously held senior positions at Jewish Family and Children's Service of Greater Philadelphia, including Vice President of Strategic Expansion, Vice President of Programs and Service, and Director of Prevention and Advocacy at Brandywine Counseling and Community Services. In her roles, she has been responsible for seeking new funding and partnership opportunities, creating transparent communication channels, and fostering innovative business development.
