Amy Hardy is a seasoned Minneapolis-based Associate Creative Director with over 14 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, advertising and retail marketing. Her approach to problem-solving includes "Strategy Meets Empathy", which she believes to be the key to every successful project. Amy's strengths lie in experiential design, strategic vision planning, concepting, art direction, photo and illustration direction, storytelling, presenting, mentoring, and a strong, detail-oriented work ethic. She has worked with reputable brands such as Deluxe, Reebok, Good American, Target, Gap, Great Clips, International Justice Mission, General Mills, Vanderbilt, St.Jude Children's Hospital, and YMCA of Middle Tennessee.
Amy's professional journey started as Design Intern at Cheree Berry Paper, followed by Art Director & Designer at Anderson Design Group, Designer at OLSON, Creative at Periscope, Senior Designer at Latitude, and Associate Creative Director at Latitude. She has also worked as Art Director at Target Creative before her Freelance gig as Creative Director/Designer/Art Director at design8days. Currently, Amy works as Associate Creative Director at Media Loft.
In addition to her impressive professional experience, Amy is also dedicated to empowering families through her side hustle of box kits. She has a passion for climbing mountains, with the successful completion of Mt. Whitney, and shares her love for pizza through her pizza club.
