Aaron Warshaw is a highly experienced attorney specializing in labor and employment law. He is a founding attorney of Ogletree Deakins’s New York City office and has represented Fortune 500 companies to small businesses in single-plaintiff and class-action employment cases. Aaron's first-chair experience is vast, including litigation on behalf of clients in the retail, hospitality, healthcare, technology, and professional services fields. He is skilled at navigating and complying with federal, state, and local employment laws and has experience with a vast number of federal and New York employment matters. Aaron received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in English Language and Literature/Letters from Wayne State University. He is currently co-chair of the Employment Disputes Committee of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) and also serves on the Brooklyn Law School Alumni Association Board of Directors and the New York Chapter of the European American Chamber of Commerce.
