Tim McConnell is the Founder and Managing Partner at McConnell HR Consulting Inc., a boutique HR consulting firm that specializes in Compensation Management, Organizational Analysis and Design, and HR Strategy. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Tim holds professional HR designations in both Canada (CHRP) and the United States (SPHR), as well as the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation in Ontario. He is a graduate of McGill University, where he studied Political Science and Economics, and Carleton University, where he earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
