He holds a Master of Business Administration in Management, Health Care from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Finance from Penn State University. Ryan started his career as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and worked his way up the ladder to become a Private Equity Associate at Gi Partners, where he managed healthcare investments.

Ryan's passion for healthcare paved the way for him to transition to product management roles. He worked as a Healthcare Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs before joining Castlight Health as a Product Management MBA Intern. He was later appointed as Director of Product Initiatives at Spreemo Health, where he oversaw product development and management.

Before founding HumanOn, Ryan served as Lead Product Manager at Centivo, a company that offers affordable, high-quality healthcare plans. His experience in healthcare investment, product management, and leadership led him to establish HumanOn, a company that provides solutions for employee mental health and wellness.
