Kelly Gray is a seasoned sales, marketing, and branding professional with extensive experience driving business growth and success in corporate and startup environments. She is a charismatic leader with a strategic eye for creativity, business scalability, and systems development.

Gray's passion for business growth was ignited during her first engagement with Crocs in '03-'06, where the team drove annual revenue growth of over 300% in less than three years, achieving the largest footwear IPO in history. She's also worked with companies such as Pepsi, Gaiam, CU Boulder, Ball Corporation, Backcountry.com, Watershed, SmartWool, Trek Travel, CatEye, Nike Swim, Steiner Germany, and others to successfully execute projects and campaigns.

Gray has formal training in strategic planning, branding, product marketing, and organizational leadership. She is a graduate of the prestigious Presidents Leadership Institute at the University of Colorado and holds multiple fitness certifications, having coached multiple formats for over 13 years.

Among her many accomplishments, Gray has worked as the right-hand to legendary NFL Linebacker Bill Romanowski, summer park ranger, lululemon ambassador, and undercover FDA agent.
