Prior to joining Genesys as a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, he was associated with MAXIS360 as a Senior Voice/Contact Center Specialist and Interactive Intelligence as a Manager, Technical Sales Staff Development, Team Lead-Technical Sales Consultant, and Technical Sales Consultant. He also contributed to several companies in various positions, including Nelnet, KnowledgeFirst.com, Sallie Mae, and USA Group. Brad's primary responsibility at Genesys is to lead demonstrations of the company's software solutions for Contact Centers.
