Greatest accomplishment: Maintaining a high booking record while pioneering, along with a team of two fellow agents, a team structure that helped the office run more smoothly and efficiently. Partnering with a fellow agent to change the format, design, and writing style of the company newsletter to broaden its reach, and increase revenue. Creating a position that could be easily explained to and comprehended by the next employee to fill it, so that the company could productively move forward in my absence.
