Stephanie Valadez is an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience in non-profit, workforce development, training, diversity & inclusion, technology, talent strategy, corporate engagement, employee resource groups, collaboration and identifying opportunities. She has a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University and has studied at both the United Way of Tarrant County and Leading Edge. She presently works as Managing Director, Dallas at Per Scholas, where she is dedicated to the success of adult learners and graduates of their programs. Stephanie previously served as Diversity Recruiting Program Manager and Human Resources Generalist for North Texas Leaders & Executives Advocating Diversity. She also worked as a Senior Staffing Consultant (Senior Recruiter), Staffing Consultant (Recruiter), and Associate Staffing Consultant (Associate Recruiter) at Randstad USA. Additionally, she served as a Trainee Research Assistant at Millward Brown. She advocates highly for the tech education courses offered at Per Scholas with tuition-free courses in three areas of focus for job-seekers: IT Support (12 weeks), Software Engineer (15 weeks), and Cybersecurity (15 weeks).
