Grant Morgan is a prolific entrepreneur, engineer, and executive known for co-founding and leading cutting-edge startups such as R-Zero and GIST. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Morgan has honed his skills and expertise over a decade of experience in innovative product development, manufacturing, supply chain management, and risk mitigation across various industries, including medical devices, biotech, and pharmaceuticals.

Before co-founding R-Zero, the first Biosafety as a Service (BaaS) company, Morgan worked as VP of Product & Engineering at iCracked, Neurovascular Value Stream Lead - New Product Development at Nitinol Devices & Components, Inc., and R&D Engineer - Stent Development at Abbott Vascular, among other roles. Morgan's passion for engineering and innovation has earned him global recognition, and he has shared his insights as a teaching assistant at Cal Poly State University.
