Mary Taboloff

Mary Jean Taboloff is a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Manager currently working for CBRE, a commercial real estate and investment firm. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she has managed a wide range of properties, including Class A commercial office buildings, medical centers, retail spaces, and more.

Mary's career began in Atlanta, where she managed 900,000 square feet of assets in the City of Alpharetta and Buckhead, one of Atlanta's prominent business areas. She later shifted her focus to California and joined Applied Property Services, Inc., where she managed a portfolio of office, retail, and medical buildings.

In her current role, Mary manages a large Class A commercial office building in San Francisco's bustling downtown area. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, and leasing.

Mary has received multiple awards and recognition for her outstanding contributions in the industry. She was awarded the 2010 CBRE Real Estate Manager of the Year for the Atlanta region and named the Team Player of the Year by CBRE and KBS Realty Advisors in 2009. She is also actively involved with various non-profit organizations, including the Atlanta Community Food Bank, where she earned the Food Bank's Volunteer of the Quarter in 2008.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Business from California State University, Chico. She is a licensed real estate agent in California and an active member of the East Bay's Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
