I am responsible for BCM product development on a system level and I am closely working with different stakeholders on requirements derived from OEM specifications, product FMEA's, DRBFM's, functional safety ISO26262 etc. and external standards such as AUTOSAR, etc. to define and develop next generation Body Computer systems software architecture. In addition to an individual contributor I am also playing a role of a technical manager leading a team of engineers to develop software for Body Computer system for a commercial vehicles. In this role I am responsible for the entire V-model of software development.

Defining and introducing agile concepts such as Test Driven Development, Static code analysis, software metric generation, continuous integration and Sprint based work breakdown planning3. Working in conjunction with the system engineers towards ISO26262 compliance4. Piloting new tools for software development such as IBM Rhapsody 5. Developing proof of concept for new requirements6.
