Kimmy Fransen-Ngo is a data scientist and customer insights specialist with a background in applied cognitive psychology. She is passionate about using data science to enhance the customer experience and improve products and services for businesses. With extensive experience in analyzing big data sources, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and implementing A/B testing and MVT, Fransen-Ngo has honed her skills in providing useful insights about customer behavior.
