Patricia Pulido is the Vice President of Labins (Social Innovation Laboratory) and the Director of the Financial Education Unit.
She is a Certified Trainer of the SIYB package from the International Labor Organization with skills in providing training courses to promote entrepreneurship, especially among vulnerable groups, in multiple languages including Spanish, Italian, English, and French.
With over ten years of experience in microfinance and seven years focusing on financial education and savings group methodologies in Italy, Patricia has been actively involved in projects promoting financial literacy and entrepreneurship in the Piedmont Region since 2016.
She holds a Master's degree in Microfinance from Autonoma University of Madrid and has studied at various prestigious institutes including the Boulder Institute of Microfinance, Carsey Institute of New Hampshire University, and University of New Hampshire.
Patricia's career includes working with organizations such as the Nantik Lum Foundation in the Dominican Republic and the Institute of Money Technology and Financial Inclusion at the University of California.
In 2012, she founded ACAF Italia, focusing on community-led microfinance projects in Europe, Latin America, and Africa, later transitioning to advocating for financial education against poverty with ActionAid Italia.
Her educational background includes a diverse range of studies in microfinance, entrepreneurship, agricultural finance, and environmental studies from various institutions.
Patricia has held key positions in organizations like Labins S.C., ActionAid Italia, RITMI, ACAF Italia, and many others, showcasing her expertise and dedication to financial inclusion and community development.
