Albion College: Fund Raising Partner responsible for direct fundraising, campaign strategy, working directly with the Vice President of Development, the University President, and Director of the Wilson Institute.Kalamazoo Institute of Arts: Responsible for a comprehensive organizational review, staffing alignment, and major gift fundraising strategy.

Worked closely with the Archbishop and his Advancement Council to secure transformational philanthropic gifts for the Archdiocese.

Campaign Partner

Increased gifts to $60 Million from 116,0000 donors (breaking all previous fundraising records).Created and implemented an office-wide strategic development vision, campaign plan, engagement and stewardship effort, and established performance and efficiency metrics. Author and founder of weekly blog sent to 3000 donors (open rate of 82%).

Secured, documented, and announced a $100 million cash gift, at the time, the largest cash gift given in the State of Michigan.  (44,000 people logged in to witness the groundbreaking announcement)  Increased overall gifts four-fold from all sources. Created and implemented a new engagement model for fundraising and alumni relations. Responsible for oversight and leadership of the WMU Foundation's endowments: $450 million.

Executive Director WMU Foundation & Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations

Led the Michigan Difference Campaign for the Health System generating $742 million. Served on the executive planning team for the University's $3.2 billion campaign. Responsible for leading a team of 103 people with a budget of $6 million. Raised a record-breaking $103 million in gifts annually. Reported to the EVPMA and CEO of the University of Michigan Health System.

Served as Sacred Heart Major Seminary's first Director of Development. Coached, mentored and trained by Edward Bovich, Msgr. James Moloney, and Msgr. Gary Smetanka. Responsible for annual giving, major gifts, estate planning, events, alumni relations, and foundation board engagement.
