Sarah Nahm Nahm is a tech executive with experience in various areas such as design, product, engineering, and marketing. She is the founder and former CEO of Lever, a hiring platform that connects human potential to meaningful work. Under her leadership, Lever became a model for diversity, equity, and inclusion, maintaining a 50:50 gender ratio at all levels of leadership, with over 40% non-white employees. Prior to Lever, she worked at Google as a speechwriter for Marissa Mayer and as a Product Marketing Manager for Google Chrome. Sarah studied Product Design and Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University, where she adopted the human-centered design thinking approach that has informed much of her tech worldview. She is currently an advisor, consultant, investor, and board member.
