Shilpa Modha is a dynamic strategist who has built her career on translating data into impactful insights that speak to today's audiences. With a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with dual minors in Business Administration and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University, Shilpa has honed her skills in identifying opportunities and developing effective communication strategies.
Shilpa has a wealth of experience working in various organizations and roles. She is currently the Director of Client Strategy at Hearst, where she oversees the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for clients. Prior to that, she served as Manager of Data Innovation & Insights at Effectv and gained experience working with brand strategy at Condé Nast. Shilpa has also worked in various digital and online marketing roles, including Senior Online Marketing Analyst at MXM Social and Manager of Insights & Planning at 360i. Additionally, she has worked in public relations, having served as a Campus Marketing Manager at Teach For America, Public Relations intern at CNN, and Consumer Practice intern at Fleishman-Hillard.
Outside of work, Shilpa has balanced her career with motherhood, taking a brief hiatus as a new mother and returning stronger than ever. Shilpa is a shining example of what it means to be a working parent, and she draws strength from the balance she has achieved.
